Objective: Children will track their healthy dental habits for a week.

Materials: My Healthy Teeth Chart skill sheets, pencils

  • There are many things kids can do to keep their teeth healthy every day. With this handy chart, families can work with children to track healthy habits.
  • Give each child a copy of the chart. You might want to send a note home to families as well. For one full week, have children check off the good things they did for their teeth each day.
  • At the end of the week, have children look at their charts. At the bottom, they can write which healthy habits they fi nd easy to do, and which they need to work harder on. (SKILLS: Use a chart/Healthy habits)
